After ending a relationship, Glynis Jackson, mother of three, died after she was allegedly kidnapped by her ex-boyfriend, Joshua Andrews, from a Nissan plant Monday morning.

Mississippi woman killed after ex-boyfriend kidnapped her Joshua Andrews, 29, kidnapped his ex-girlfriend, Glynis Jackson, January 27, 2025. He allegedly forced Jackson, into a vehicle and fled onto Interstate 55.
According to reports, while in Holmes County, Jackson fell out of the vehicle, and another vehicle struck and killed her. She was always found shot multiple times with a gun being recovered from the scene.
Investigators are working to determine if Glynis was pushed out of the vehicle or if she jumped out in an attempt to escape.
The former ex-boyfriend surrendered and is charged with capital murder and being a felon in possession of a gun. He was previously arrested for aggravated assault and spent time in prison.
